OUR TEAM
Leadership is discipleship.
Every leader here was walked with by someone first. They lead because that happened to them, and because it is now their turn to do it for somebody else.
HOW LEADERS ARE MADE HERE
Equipped, then empowered.
Two of the four stages of the D12 journey describe exactly what leadership means at CCF.
03 — EQUIP
Disciple people towards spiritual maturity, resulting in spiritual multiplication.
04 — EMPOWER
Challenge them to spiritually multiply generation after generation of Christ-committed followers.
WHERE LEADERS SERVE
Care, growth and the next generation.
Much of the leadership work at CCF Australia happens through these ministries.

PART OF SOMETHING WIDER
Locally led, and part of a movement.
CCF Australia became a CCF International Satellite in 2013, and was later registered in its own right. That means the church here is locally led and locally run, while sharing CCF's mission, discipleship model and Statement of Faith.
We are a movement of men and women who have encountered God and committed our lives to the Lord, focused on making an impact through the work of the Holy Spirit in transforming lives, families, communities and nations, for the glory of God.CHRIST’S COMMISSION FELLOWSHIP
GOVERNANCE
Questions of doctrine and church policy are resolved by the CCF Board of Elders, which holds final authority and oversight of the CCF movement. The elders and pastors who serve at that level are listed on CCF's own site.

Leadership profiles are being prepared
CCF Australia hasn't published a leadership roster yet. Rather than guess at names and roles, we've left this space for the church to fill. In the meantime, the team is only ever a message away.
